Le symposium a explor\u00e9 les complexit\u00e9s des soins par \u00e9tapes dans la gestion de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et a accueilli des orateurs de renom tels que Gert Van Assche, Hoofdarts \u00e0 l'UZ Leuven, et Frank Vandenbroucke, ministre belge de la sant\u00e9.
